Correct urls used in tests

Fix find and replace screw up

Remove old calls to set the post body on the request - these aren't needed anymore
Fix progressWithAuthentication test so the delegate doesn't supply credentials

Add queue tests for throttling
Add lock to our input stream to prevent using more bandwidth than we should
